LEWIS — Stefan Michael Lewis, 40, of Kingsland, passed away Sunday, Nov. 6, 2022, in Fernandina Beach, Fla.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, at Allison Memorial Chapel. A visitation for family and friends will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022, at Allison Memorial Chapel.
Stefan was born Dec. 11, 1981, in Dallas, Texas, to Sandy Paul. Stefan was a 2002 graduate of Lakeview High School in Garland, Texas, where he played drums in the marching band and was a member of the Drama Club. He served in the U.S. Navy for the past 20 years, holding the rank of chief petty officer. Stefan loved his job in the Navy. He enjoyed cooking, playing video games and all kinds of music. He loved his family time and never met a stranger.
Stefan is survived by his wife, Noel Lewis; children, Teddy Lewis, Owen Lewis and Caleb Lewis, all of Kingsland; mother, Sandy Paul (Bobby) of Garland, Texas; sister, Kim Roberts (Jason) of Garland, Texas; niece, Emma Probst of Tampa, Fla.; aunt, Sheila Blackburn of Granbury, Texas; cousin, Brittany Boling (Kevan) of Granbury, Texas; sister-in-law, Jennifer Probst (Mike) of Tampa, Fla.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jerry and Sharon Brownfield of Columbus, Ohio; and numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Dottie McCandless, and Charles Blackburn, and uncle, Mike Blackburn.
